Project Exeter Main Floor Kitchen was a kitchen renovation in East York, Toronto, focused on making the main floor kitchen more functional, organized, and comfortable for everyday cooking.
The homeowner wanted more usable counter space, improved storage, better appliance placement, and a refreshed kitchen layout. Big Dreams Reno planned the renovation around daily use first, then completed the project with clean finishing details.
The challenge :
The main challenge was improving the function of the kitchen while making sure the space had enough room for cooking essentials, pots, pans, appliances, and everyday storage.
The renovation also required coordination between demolition, plumbing, electrical work, tile installation, drywall, and appliance planning.
The PLAN :
Before the work began, we reviewed the kitchen layout, storage needs, appliance locations, and plumbing requirements.
The plan included:
Improving the kitchen layout for better daily use
Adding plumbing for the dishwasher and sink area
